One way to get in the Guinness Book of World Records

NEW DELHI (AP) - A 15-year-old boy who allegedly delivered a baby by Caesarean section in an attempt to set a record as the world's youngest surgeon surrendered to a court in southern India Wednesday after 10 days in hiding, police said.

They didn't like Richard Gere kissing the actress in India. I don't think they'll like this.

.... that somebody administered anesthesia DURING the procedure, not just before. (Of course, it cold have been done under a local.)

Wonder if the patient knew what was going on? I suspect that hearing, "Now make a 6 inch incision".... "watch out for that bleeder"..... don't let the scalpel slip", etc. wasn't so encouraging.
