One thing I miss...

is to hold a smaller size window at the title bar and move it to the top of the screen to fully expand the window, or to customize the size of the window.

Remember I'm running 10, not in Tablet mode and I was able to do what you asked. Maybe you have 10 in Tablet mode?

I agree with you on Windows 7 when you snap it made the window 1/2 the screen and with WIndows 10 it makes it a 1/4 of the screen. They did that to enable 4 screens to be snapped but I typically only use 2 at a time. I wish they prompted you and asked if you wanted 2 or 4 windows sanpped.
