One set of speakers through the computer and a receiver/amp

I have one set of speakers and a receiver/amplifier, combined with a computer (tower inputs). Needed to know how to connect the two so that I can play music through the computer's audio through the same speakers I plan to play the TV's audio through (through the receiver/amplifier previously mentioned). Remedies my friends? What cable/adapter is needed to connect the computer to the amplifier/receiver? I then, obviously, need another to connect the amp/rec to the TV....... What's the solution here....Thanks so much..

For the PC you need a 3.5mm to RCA plug cable!

Plug the 3.5mm end into the audio out of the PC and the RCA end into an aux input on the Receiver. John
