One Laptop see desktop, one doesn't

I had a hard-wired XP desktop and a Vista Laptop network. Worked fine. I attempted to add a new Vista laptop, but it doesn't see the XP desktop. It does see the other laptop, but has no access to it.

The issue isn't firewalls or workgroup. I'd appreciate any suggestions

Can't you read? I said that one vista laptop sees the XP machine. It should be obvious that the LLTD is not the issue.
