Question

One Drive glitch

Nov 15, 2015 12:02PM PST

I have 2 computers sitting side by side. I log onto each using the same Microsoft passwords. I use One Drive Personal. Each computer shows and updates the same set of folders.

The problem: the data is not the same. One of the files for example is named "exchange". I have saved a document from computer 1 there. I have saved a different document from computer 2 there. Computer 1 only shows the document saved and not that from Computer 2 and vice versa.

Has anyone else had this problem? Microsoft doesn't have telephone support for One Drive.
