Just buy one and consider it a (not particularly expensive) lesson learned. You should have tested all accessories when you got it. If you didn't know what the one connect was for, you should have called Samsung like the rest of us do sometimes ![]()
I purchased a Samsung TV about a year-and-a-half ago. when I open the box there was a one connect mini in there which I had no idea what it was so we never used it never needed it until now since we just purchased a Samsung Blu-ray DVD player. IPhone trying to connect my DVD player to the TV nothing was working and it kept rebooting my TV so I called support and after jumping through hoops and ladders we figured out that my one connect mini is defective. Something I have never used and just took out of the box. Now I'm being told that because it's outside of the 30 days they will not warranty the product and send me a new one. I just spent $4000 on this **** and some of it didnt work and they will not replace it. You have got to be kidding me. How are you going to sell something that doesnt work anf not do the honorable thing and replace it. What a bunch of crooks. Damn lucky i can get in their faces. I would take that money outta someones ***. NEVER BUY SAMSUNG!!!!! Shady *** MF's
