Question

On screen keyboard no longer accessible on Samsung UNK50KU63

Aug 7, 2016 4:57PM PDT

My tv was all setup and working fine. Internet connection dropped out so I tried to log back onto the wifi. However, when it gets to the part where it asks to enter the password the on screen keyboard no longer comes up. I tried to reset the tv but that also requires a pin number...which requires the on screen keyboard...which I don't have access to. Please help. I've only had the tv for a couple of weeks and things were working great until this happened.

Weeks old. Warranty.

If Samsung or seller won't help, ask for a refund and go shopping. I'm serious. A new set should have support or it's not a good deal.

Agreed completely, just wanting to see if there was a quick bug fix that I could do rather than packing the thing up and heading back to Best Buy.

You would dial 1800SAMSUNG for a fast answer (Best Buy here in the USA so I guess you could dial this and get some answer in minutes.

Believe it or not, the answer was...unplug the TV and let it reset that way. Done. :/
