Nice ruling by the court to apply common sense when applying the Constitution.
I just hope the phrase "citizen journalism" goes away. I prefer independent journalist when someone publishes their own material, online or in print.

and with that mouthfull, apple gets a black eye. This is the fight to name the source of a leak to an apple rumour site. The Judge didn't follow the trade secrets route and it looks like the rumour mill stays in business.
Of course since apple just release products now, with out the fan fare, Its harder for the Hype to build.
Thank goodness for NAB and WWD to give us something to guess at.
