omnifi digital media streamer

rockford fosgate makes a product called omnifi dms1 that looks to good to be true. it's supposed to stream music from your pc to your home stereo wired, or wireless(150 ft. they say). price tag is in the $100-$150 range. wondered if anyone had any input on this? maybe there is a similar better system? i'd like something that is compatible with musicmatch juke box, just because thats what im used to. but i'm open to suggestions there too. one draw back of this system seems to be there is no digital output, but maybe i wouldn't be able to tell the difference anyway? most of my digital music is ripped at 128 kbs maybe i should up that to 192? I'd like to here any comments, i'm somewhat of a newbie to digital music, but ive accumulated something like 6,000 tracks and i love the ease of finding and playing a track intantly but i miss better quality sound of my stereo receiver.

thanks..........
