As someone who follows financial markets, etc...I love Apple's progressiveness and creativity. Still, I do worry that if they don't staff-up, and soon, that they'll fall short on the customer service and product quality that helps create repeat customers.
With such a fast growing family of products...they'll need to either standardize (internal) components across multiple products or they'll need to staff up...and depending on how fast the products catch on, maybe both.
Apple's iPod was like Cinderella's slipper - but...well, you know how a lot of girls have a hard time getting ready 'cause they just have soo many great outfits...ya get the picture?...
anyway, I have reasons to be excited and worry...but I'd like to find a way to stay excited.
i <3 iPhone
But what I'd like to state, is that my love of Apple would die and shrivel up if iPod was replaced by iPhone design COMPLETELY. I think Apple should give into demand and do this:
1) Two iPhones
-Standard flip or slide phone for average teen users that love iPods but DONT NEED smart phones and cant afford them
2) Four iPods
-iPod Video (click wheel)
-and the other 2 wit click wheel or the tactile one...
Just cause this multi touch is so cool doesnt mean I want to abandon the click wheel?
Iv heard everyone saying stuff about upgrading iPod to iPhoney but not preserving click wheel....and click wheels rock... just think of all those companies that copy it
