Olympus SP-570 UZ- Need Advice!

Hi,

I am in the market for a higher-end digital point and shoot for my boyfriend. I have a Canon Power Shot S3-IS, and I find it really suits my needs, but for variety's sake, my boyfriend does not want the same camera as me. I am considering the Olympus SP-570 UZ, but have been unable to find many clear reviews of the camera. I know the SP-560 got so-so reviews, but I am wondering about the updates to this model. Does anyone have some words of advice on whether or not this is a good choice?

Basically, I am looking to spend between $400-$500, and would like something with a powerful zoom that can take high quality photos. I think the camera will mostly be used for outdoor shots, landscapes and close-ups. If not the Olympus, can anyone recommend something else?
