olympus evolt E-500 - questions

hi all,
i'm thinking of buying this camera, but i have a few questions.
1. the woman in the cnet video review said that the image in the view finder appeared to be quite small, has anyone found this to be the case?
2. how bad is the shutter lag?
3. does the camera come with an AC charger?
4. what is your overall impression of the camera?
