by Ronshep / November 10, 2005 3:38 AM PST

I would like to connect my camera to the laptop (Dell Inspiron 8200 running XP)so I can see the subject on the screen before I take the picture. Is this possible and if so how ? Thank you. Ronshep.

a camcorder is the only way I know of. If your camera has a video function it might. Check out the Olympus website.

Remote Capture

Looking at the available features, I would think you can do remote capture with that camera.

After 30 minutes of searching, I can not prove it.

It will take a software program for the computer.

You might try some Google searches.
"remote capture" should be included in your search string.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
