Ollie Dearn... derbiz problem

Sorry you got no help with your problem. I did a Google search that may be helpful with the derbiz malware.

http://www.google.com/search?q=derbiz&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official

The first item listed gives instructions for manual removal... perhaps there is other information as well. If you have other problems then post a current HiJack This log at one of the sites dedicated to HiJack This. This forum is not equipped to analyze and give solutions to HiJack This logs.

Hope this helps. Thanks for being a new member... hopefully next time you will get better help.

Ewido Security Suite that is a free download for dialers and other types of malware.

There are other free or trial kinds of software that does the same or similiar things. Perhaps someone else will chime in with help for you.

Addendum..

Caution: This software was developed for Win 2000 & XP. Do not know your operating system.

Also there is a free online check in the left column of their web page, "Free Malware Scan". Might be worth trying.

Best of luck.
