Old subject- window sizes

Winxp pro-sp1's and 2's, has there been anything like a registry hack/chop figured out whichwill allow a once,& everafter, setting for ALL windows sizes??? Both IE and WE, I'd like to set for maximum and have everything open like that forever. The registry trix dealing with BagMru, and set counts to 2000, or 4000,etc etc are not close enough-or permanent enough- eventually the remembered settings for a folder get overwritten-Just give me a permanent-max size ( not full screen )and lock it down... Thanks.....

Just curious, who'd you think that it'll give this gift for free ? Wink

There were several posts posts in the past regarding a Freeware utility for Internet Explorer named IE New Window Maximizer.

However, you'll find another and better one that will do what you want: AutoSizer (Freeware).

Try tonight- I figure that by this time someone like minded would have figured some reg file that would have had an easy default setting and that would resist being further mucked about...

A registry fix for this should be difficult because there are many places to be locked. Instead, this tiny utility should take care.
