I originally posted this note in the wrong forum...sorry about that. Hope someone can help me....

renting a condo..it has an old sharp TV hooked up to Cox Cable. It only picks up a few channels. Can't find owner's manual. Set-up says AIR..how do I change the set-up so the TV will pick up all the channels included in basic cable package? What do I change the set-up to? Thanks

Call Cox and...

ask them to bring you a box. If it's digital service, which more than likely you have, you wouldn't be able to see the higher channels because the tv's tuner can only handle up to 181 channels.

Did you find a solution to your problem. I have exactly the same problem with my old sharp TV.

If you know how to change switch air for cable in the settings, please let me know.

Thank you.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
