OLD SAMSUNG MOD TC9895TB TV WONT PWR ON

HELLO,

i just bought a used samsung 19"tv. it worked fine for one day. the next day when i tried to pwr it on, nothing. the red led on the front panel near the infered recevier lens , PWR/timer, stays on all the time. i tried to pwr it on with the remote and from the tv panel, nothing. i did not get the owners manual with the tv. i did get into the sleep/timer menu by mistake when it was on once, but got out of it, and it was ok. did i put it to sleep for good? any ideas?...bob

bobo1960,

The red indicator light merely notes that the unit is plugged in and receiving power. Why it won't start beyond that is soemthing that would be difficult to determine.
