You would need an adapter. There are adapter made to fit non-Canon lenses onto Canon DSLR's, but I don't see any for Fujinon lenses. Even if you could use them, they would not autofocus, and may only work in manual or aperture priority mode. The lenses are probably worth very little; I rather doubt most shops would take them in trade.
Can old non digital lenses from a different manufacturer be converted to a new digital slr? I have an old Fujica AX5 film camera that I have lenses I would like to have converted to my new Canon T3. Is this possible and if so is it cost efficent? If this can't be done are these lenses marketable? In other words could they be traded in on new lenses?
