Wait until Mark wants to be shot! I have the a woman lined up that looks just like Glenda.
Look at the new link by me.
Pudgyone, I blame you for causing the outage!
-Kevin
Yep, including my own...some of which I with I'd not written or would have worded differently. In fact, some I don't remember writing at all. Now, that's scary. ![]()
I checked my profile to find out who replied to my posts so I could respond, but aside from that I just marked all read and started fresh. For me it was actually refreshing, though...I had been locked out of my account for about 24 hours, and that little glitch fixed it for me. ![]()
John
John, blame the RAT gnawing through your cable line.
Feed him!!
Kevin
to talk too soon but
Is this the forum fix you were talking about?
The fix of the forums since they were broken in April. If it is, so far so good.
Rick
If that was the fix I'd be selling all the stock they gave me. ![]()
On Tuesdays and Thursdays they release minor updates, and evidently something really went wrong. However, that wasn't the system overhaul that we're all looking forward to. Message marking does seem to be better, though, and the new 'GeekSquad tip of the week' in the XP forum is an interesting addition.
John
my message marking is working properly.
How about your message marking?
Rick
For a few days it was working perfectly, but now that you jinxed it it's back to it's usual old self...threads marked as having new posts when they don't and vice versa, along with thread counts and 'previous/next message' links malfunctioning. I'm just glad I'm not the one that caused it to all go south, Rick. ![]()

You know these forums have ears. I think it had to do with the garlic that Glenda sent me.
Rick
when you don't stop to agitate me once in a while.
It helps to keep my on the straight and honest side.
