Oh deer!

by Angeline Booher / December 12, 2009 12:07 AM PST

A large falling limb landed on the "grazing" deer, smashing it beyond rapier. Its companion, the "just standing here looking around" deer escaped the attack. These animated yard creations which are outlined in white lights again stand on a burm amid a small Japanese maple and euonymus . A replacement was found.

A replacement was also found our state Christmas tree that was also a victim of the winds on Wednesday.

someone dressed in a Rudolph costume handing out flyers by the side of the highway. I'm not sure it's so smart to dress up as a deer in hunting season in New Hampshire.

Oh well... another job created by the "stimulus" package.
