Are you using the default setting of Manual Caching for Documents? Try changing to Automatic Caching for Documents.
Three of us in the office share a set of client-related directories. There is often a need to update a clients folders with a new folder for a new project. However, it seems that only the person who created the folder automatically gets it available offline. The others have to browse to it and specify that it should be available offline. Is there a way to get around this so that, no matter who creates it, everyone will get it made available offline during their next sync?
