Office XP upgrades and stuff

I bought my computer from my old company. All the software installs were done on the network. I'd like to remove XP office pro but using add/remove is looking for a source disc I don't have.

I want to buy new software but I want to remove what I have so everything is legal. How do I get this off without formatting my hard drive.
