Define problem. Office 2010 would certainly run on Win 7, since Office 2000 isn't supported past XP IIRC, but a lot of people resist change and dislike the ribbon interface in Office 2007 and 2010.
Personally, I think after you take some time to acclimate yourself to it, it's a better system than a bunch of toolbars cluttering up the screen. It still doesn't compare to the formatting pallet from the Mac versions of MS Office, but it's an improvement over the old endless series toolbars and dialog boxes system.
I have a very old version of Microsoft Office 2000 Professional on my computer. It has served me well, but 3 days ago, Word stopped working. I have tried uninstalling it, and reinstalling it several times with the same result. As you know a lot of things come up in Word from E-mails etc. Excel works fine? I tried downloading the service pack, no luck there either. Does anyone know if I would have a problem using Office 2010 if I purchased it?
Thanks so much
