How to Address Envelopes in Word 2008 for Mac for Dummies

The "For Dummies" comment is not meant as an insult. The web site is the Dummies.com web site and I use it myself, even now, Happy

Check the steps there to see if you're doing anything different.

I hope that helps.

Thanks Mark. I have been printing address on envelopes for years w/o any problems. All at once I get blank envelopes- no type. All other printing works just fine. I can print anOffice saved envelope using Mac Pages. I think I may have to reinstall MS Office unless someone knows a fix.

but one thing you could try for fun is to put in a full sheet of paper instead of an envelope and see if it is printing out the address in another spot.

Have you run any of the updates to Office 2008?

If so, did one of them coincide with this printing behavior?

I was able to figure it out. I checked " drawing objects " in the print preferences and my problem was solved. Thanks to everyone for their help.
