office 2007 citation

hello every body!!

i like the new feature of citation and bibliography of office 2007 but i have two questions

1. how can i modify the built-in formats for example in numeric citation it have the reference number like that (10) i want to replace this formate with [10] also if i have multiple references at the same point i want them to be like that [10,11,12] not (10)(11)(12)

2. is there any other office software that work under Linux that support the same feature?
