OFFICE 2004 for MAC

Oct 7, 2007 10:46PM PDT

Hi,

I just converted from Microsoft to Mac. I purchased an iMac 24" after owning a Gateway, HP, & Dell. I really like the Mac switch. The last time I owned an Apple product was the Apple IIe many, many moons ago. Back then, I loved the Appleworks product.

When I create a spreadsheet using Office 2004 for Mac, can I save the spreadsheet in .pdf format? If so, how do I do that?

Also, has anyone had experience with iWork '08? Is it better or worse than Office 2004 for Mac? I get the woolies because Office 2004 for Mac is a Microsoft product and I wanted to get away from using Microsoft because of having to deal with the unhelpful Microsoft technicians.

Thanks for any and all response in advance,

relaxed
