Can I ask one thing? (ok two) Isn't it worth 45 bucks for that question?
I am having trouble doing anything at all in office. I have done some other checking and found that it was in read only, I took that off and am still not able to access any of the buttons used to make any documents or anything else. I'm operating Windows XP 2nd edition Home. I tried to contact Microsoft about this and was told that since the software was preinstalled on my computer they couldn't help me, to contact the computer manufacturer. When I called them I was told it would cost me $45.00 for them to diagnose the problem even though I still have a warranty on the system.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
