Office 2003 License notice every time I open under Vista

I recently installed Office 2003 on a new laptop running Vista. Every time I open any Office app. I get the office license notice. Any solution?

Thanks for the tip, but that thread simply said to accept the license agreement and the problem wouyld be solved. In my case, I accept the license agreement every time, but each time I open an Office 2003 app the picence agreement pops back up afain.

I did try again and read more carefully. I could not log on as administrator because I run Vista Home Premium, bot business. But the workaround worked perfectly.
