Off or Restart?

Is it better for a Desktop PC to be turned off or restarted when done working, and left on? I've heard both arguments, and understand the heating and cooling of components.

you may open. There are over 500 opinions in the forums on that subject, both ways. Honestly, it's a toss up, what ever you feel like.
