Off Mode??

by egiro25 / November 8, 2004 11:54 AM PST

I running windows XP with the new service pack. I'll be working on something and it will freeze, goes black with blue message box "Off Mode in 5 sec" then goes back to where I was. It's pretty annoying. Another unrelated problem. Sometimes in the bottom right corner message box says "virtual memory low" and says that windows is looking for more. Happens alot. I have plenty of disk space? Whats wrong with my computer? Please help.
thanks
