"Windows had an error." And not much more. Is the FORUM TIP not showing today? It would ask for the OS, what application, versions and more.

I have a Windows Me P4 1.3 ghz,. HP pavillion. So , should I be concerned about these errors. Thank You
in advance. The program running was MCataloguer 1.6.1. Seems though the errors are random.
