Resolved Question

Odd coloring occurring on my 61" DLP

Aug 18, 2011 8:51AM PDT

Hello... I have a Samsung 61" DLP that is about 7 years old. Recently the colors are displaying all "out of wack". There is graying sometimes and other times, there is a shadowing effect. Other times all of the colors are fine. There is no odd noise coming from the unit. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what the problem may be. I replaced the bulb and that did not make a difference. Thank you in advance!

No model number.

While I'm thinking of a wheel, without the model number I would be just guessing. But even then it's not an user replaceable part. It's time to call in and get the unit inspected and ask "How much?"

Thank you. The model number is above. Does this help?
