Odd Boot Problem

by ddunning / October 15, 2004 11:17 PM PDT

When I boot my machine, I get a notice that windows cannot open a file (00000018,rbf). I can find no reference to this file anywhere in the startup menu, or for that matter, anywhere on my machine. I can tell it to ignore the file but I would like to eliminate it for the nuisance value. Does anyone have any idea as to how I could find and eliminate the file. Any help appreciated.

Thanks Bob - Installed starter and found the problem. I had installed and uninstalled Speedupmypc and evidently this was something left over. Found it with Starter - did not show up anywhere else. Thanks!
