Obama, on the Letterman show, says

"...you have to work for everyone..."

I agree. This is why a president shouldn't pit one class against another. This is why a president should not show disdain for Wall Street investors or those who have otherwise succeeded in the US. This is why a president should not treat any group of people as if they were single issue voters. Half of the population in the US isn't primarily focused on having free birth control and access to abortion services. 16% of the population isn't solely focused on immigration reform. If one wants to be president, they should realize this. If one is already president, they should be acting like they realize this.

two problems

Nobody watches Letterman anymore. Nobody listens to Obama anymore. Well, not anyone who matters. Wink

I sometimes wonder if Letterman viewers are only those living in NYC? I can't see him appealing to anyone outside that arena.

Obama's problem is, that many choose to quit listening to someone who lies as much as he does, or at least discount everything he says, unless it can be independently confirmed by a reliable source.

That only applies to Obama?

Like I said to another SE poster in another thread...

If I didn't hear it, or they don't post/link to a reliable source...it didn't happen.
