Boy, that's a stretch

Blame the Prez for someone that leaves a train in park and then becomes in gear. Yeah, that makes sense. No where do I see reference to the Prez. or about the pipeline. Even the location is far from what would be the general pipeline start of origin. Come on, James place the blame elsewhere. -----Willy Happy
