1. The best way if the mails don't have the (it's required here where I live) unsubscribe link is to switch to a new e-mailaddress. Then you certainly won't receive it any more. A somewhat less drastic way is to write rules to move mails from those companies directly to the spam folder or delete it.
2. Ask the lawyer that helped you setup the company what best to do.
Hi everyone. 2 quick questions - not sure where to get this information. Formed a NYS C Corporation couple of years ago. Nothing much really came of this business - didn't really make money, gave up on it in a short period of time.
First question:
I keep getting mail to my house from companies that are trying to sell my company stuff. Credit card readers etc. How can I STOP receiving these emails?
Second question:
There appears to be a fee to terminate the corporation as well. Can I just leave it as it is? Or do you recommend I pay the fee to terminate the corporation. Not sure how paying the fee to terminate the corporation helps me.
