NW-A608 crashed help needed

by maver2 / September 17, 2006 12:11 PM PDT

Hi,
My sony NW-A608 got crashed.

Symptoms:
1. Controls are not displaying even after unplug the USB cable.
2. Always "USB Connect" and "Full" message of battery is displaying.

When I'm transfering mp3 files to device my laptop was down. I unplug the device and noticed above message. Later I formatted the device and upgraded firmware to my device. Eventhough I'm seeing the same message.

I'm using windows XP in my laptop with plenty of space. Ofcourse RAM is 760 MHz.

Please suggest me the solution.

Thanks in Advance,
-M
