Nvidia Optimus

Hi guys, I want to use nvidia optimus on my laptop. Does my 970m support it? If so, do I have to download optimus or should it already be in the nvidia panel?

Last but not least, should I deactivate the setting : "use dedicated gpu only" from my bios?
