Nvidia 6150LE Integrated vs. Nvidia 7300GS PCI-e

I'm looking to upgrade the graphics on my HP Pavilion. Currently I have intergraded Nvidia 6150LE shared memory and it runs good/ok. I'm looking to increase my gaming experience by going with a stand alone PCI-e card. My system only has a 350W power supply so I'm limited with how large a card I can install. I was thinking about a Nvidia 7300GS PCI-e card and I'm wondering if I will notice an increase in performance? Would larger be better?

All opinions are welcome.

Thank you.
