... so don't plan to. However I must say that I probably won't be renting it or buying it on DVD either when the time comes. I hear it is very well done. Just don't think I could handle watching it.

I am also, as Evie stated, not much of a theater person

I would love to go more often, but my back/hip just can't take the seats and that much sitting. I end up getting up several times during the production to walk to the back, stand for awhile, then return to my seat. It isn't worth it unless I have made a promise to a youngster to go with them to see something.

I don't know when that movie will be out here anyway. We have only one theater. They do a pretty good job of staying on track with new releases, but we are often several weeks behind times. I usually wait until something is out on DVD so I can comfortably watch it in my own home.

I will likely see Flight 93 at some point. TIME magazine had a good article on it. Alot of folks have raised a stink about the emotional subject matter, but, overall, the film is reported to be uplifting in regard to the "big picture" of the events on that day.

Not this weekend......

May see it when it comes around to HBO, Showtime, or the Movie Channel.

The National Geographics TV channel, History channel, and some of the other Discovery cable/satellite channels have covered all the 9/11 events very well IMO, even using actors and survivors to further the realism and provide facts.

The National Georgaphics channel has a series out titled "Seconds to Disaster" which has included other terrible events of aircraft, ships, trains, and even the two Space Shuttle disasters very well.

I try to avoid going to the movies in general....

....but even so, I'll probably skip this one. If it's well done, it would be too difficult to watch. If it's not well done, I'd be angry that it's not well done.

The families are a bit split on this one. Some helped oversee the production while others were vehemently opposed to the idea.
