Whee for me , I'll be getting a Wii
Maybe a ps3 if its impresses me, I saw the 360 and didn't see a reason to buy.
Wii is a lot less painfull and looks like more fun

By the time I buy it (when Halo 3 comes out, most likely after the launch of the ps3) it'll be as cheap as a Nintendo Wii (Revolution). Not to mention, it'll be around $300 cheaper than the ps3. $300 cheaper... $300--which is only 1/2 the amount of the cost of Sony's ps3. Sorry... EVIL Sony's ps3.
I only bought my Xbox for one reason: Tom Clancy. I love those games. Well, two reasons. Tom Clancy games and Xbox Live. Xbox Live is the best multiplayer experience out there today! I think I've owned about half a dozen games since I bough my Xbox a year after it came out. Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, Halo, Halo 2, and Madden (which wasn't Live-enabled, because EA is a bunch of... well, you know).
Right now, there aren't any games I see that I like, except for GRAW; but I can wait for that. By the time I'm done waiting, GRAW, another Rainbow Six, Halo 3, and another Live-enabled Madden will be out for the, most likely, $50 cheaper Xbox 360. ![]()
Was going to be the 360 but then I went to E3 and really loved what I saw on the PS3 console.
Also, I'd be buying it as much for the Blu-Ray player as the game console. If Sony wants to subsidize my Blu-Ray purchase, I'll let them and they're kind of doing that with the PS3 since it's even more expensive than what we'll they'll be asking ![]()

X360 and PS3 clearly better hardware, but I'm gonna stay true to Zelda, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Metroid and Bob Ross Painting.
Despite the name, the Wii is very innovative, looks like a lot of fun, and won't break my bank. Plus it's from Nintendo. Nintendo has a pretty good track record (with only one failed system, the Virtual Boy *shudders*), so I see great things in store.
I was planning on throwing down for a PS3, until I kept hearing more and more about the Wii. Since it will be much cheaper, I'll spend my money on it, and pick up a PS3 sometime later on.

We'll wait till the price comes down a bit, or at least till there are games for it that don't cost $50.
We're Nintendo people. We have every Nintendo platform ever made except the Super NES and the GameBoy Color.
Plus the price is a big factor. The Nintendo loyalty comes from my son. I'd be more likely to buy a non-Nintendo platform if the price was lower than the prices I've heard for these things.
Sony 'unlikely' to offer 20GB PS3 in UK - this was on The Register today...

I have a 360 and will almost certainly get a Wii as well...
Spooks
I've been into Nintendo-style games for forever and plan to get a white DS Lite first too
But since the Wii sounds like it'll be so cheap, a PS3 a while after that isn't out of the question either
I enjoy PC Gaming more and the added usefulness of a PC over a console system.
What I'd really like to get is a Dual Tuner Windows Media Center PC that fits in look-wise with my stereo system.
I'll get a Wii and probably a 360 initially.
I'll more than likely get a PS3 within 5 years. Once the price goes down. a lot.
and I'm pretty happy with it. Tons of good games in the pipe.
Gears of War
Lost Planet
Mass Effect
Bioshock
Halo 3
Wii looks great too, but I see it more as a peripheral than anything else. Great for short breaks or messing around with friends, but it seems like you'd get tired or bored paying solo for a couple hours. I'll reserve judgement until I can play it though.
