There doesn't seem to be a lot of traffic at the moment but I will still defer because I have only been here for a few weeks.

In a nutshell: open to any and all topics, "loungelike" if you will

Hello, Craig!
by Angeline Booher / June 23, 2005 2:52 AM PDT

I see you have participated in some Help forums.

In those, the topics are specific to each individual forum.

Speakeasy is an open forum of topics of general interest. Just recently, we've had ones asking for advice on buying a particular car, some jokes (we try to keep those PG-13), current events, stories in the news, asking for good thoughts and prayers for family and friends, poll results- you get the idea.

From a couple of the replies in this thread you might note a veiled warning that sometimes folks have been guilty of personal attacks, baiting (posting a topic that is known could bring heated replies) flaming (adding fuel to the fire), and other violations of the TOS. (When posting a news story, just c&p enough to give an overview, then the link.)

All of the community forums are moderated. There are those that do not agree with how that is done.

There are times you might see an innocent post removed. This happens when other posts are removed and the innocent one goes too as it is an "orphan", and makes no sense without the others.

Hope this answers your questions!

The Samsung RF23M8090SG

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
