One of your browser settings was about to be changed (usually homepage), most likely without your permission. If you did it manually, or were expecting such, you can approve it (if such an option is given). However, a lot of websites and programs try to modify your settings to support their services/products, or simply screw with your computer. I'd do a quick scan with adware/spyware utilities such as Adaware, MS Antispyware, and Spybot just to make sure everything's clean, then consider what website(s) you were visiting at the time.
