language has no more effect than selecting a national tree or poem. It's just a bone tossed to the people who get threatened when they hear foreign languages.

is the possibility of the bill getting watered down.Seems to have started out with the bite of a tiger now has a bite of a mouse.
The problem is that this should have been taken care of decades ago.When something is delayed it just makes it that more difficult to rectify.
