(NT) Sansa Problems

I own the 512mb (Blue) Sansa. And until recently, I had absolutely no problems with it. But recently I've been stuck on the "Finalizing Update" screen. After a few minutes, the Sansa will auto-shutoff and then I'm in a bad position. If anyone else had similar problems and solved it please share your knowledge. Thank You.
