It took 3 years to get ZDNET to adopt GMT as its base time,

I hope it doesn't take so long to get that back.

When I saw the user name, I was glad that Mark L. was back. Then I saw the date.

There was nothing to show that somebody had gone back and brought it forward, so I reckon it was a cyber spook/glitch.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
