Notification to upgrade Windows 10

Windows 10 upgrade just took over my PC and automatically downloaded Even when I declined this upgrade...
I uninstalled it after about 2 weeks. I keep getting the notifications that give me an option for a download time. I DONT WANT IT

WHAT DO I DO TO STOP THIS CYCLE.

Well remember downloading and upgrading are 2 different

steps. Downloading means it downloads the file to your machine. The upgrade is done by executing that downloaded file.
