Noticed a loss of characters in the Subject line

Lee, I found out that if I have a Subject line containing a quote character (") that if I edit that message before I finally Submit it, that the quote character and all characters following it will be stripped from the subject like.

For example, if I have a Subject line like:
This is just a "test" or whatever

I can Preview or Submit that message with that entire Subject line, BUT it I click on the [Edit] button the Subject line will now read:
This is just a

Quotes in the subject were lost if you went back and edited. You'd need to retype the subject again and there was no indication in preview that this was going to happen.

Well, I could use a single ' or the double " as long as I realize the problem, and ensure that the subject line is as I want, immediately prior to Submitting.
