Nothing in emails

by rmcarl / November 9, 2007 3:08 AM PST

A friend tries to send me e-mail using AOL, but when I open them there is nothing in the body of the message. Is it my Outlook Express or a problem with AOL?

All settings are as you suggested. The problem only shows when my friend has forwarded an email that has been forwarded to him.

It is possible that it's his settings

Try an experiment. Have him send the email to you and someone else. See if everyone gets the message.

Now have the person he sent the message to to forward it and sent it to you.

What are the results.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
