Your source looks good, and I'm a skeptic.

It's sources, in turn, are solid IMO.
Anyway, thanks for the link.

It's not just the police...

...who are probably giving fewer tickets during this for minor violations while driving, but another worry are the prison guards who are also getting the virus. A friend's daughter who is a prison guard told her mom they are missing fellow guards in California already due to this virus. That can be worse than letting some minor road violations be ignored, to avoid closer contact. That's not so easy to accomplish in a prison setting.

We will all be learning more about 'hidden' problems

as they 'unhide'. I've seen some already, but there are those here who think I should be spending more time on encouraging news or offering solutions. Happy
I'll probably post one later, but, by its nature it includes a commercial, so I'll need to prepare a 'dont look' warning. Happy
(Two Smileys already. See how friendly I am?)

In fact one un-hidden is the same ones we're .

mentioning here. Many of them are not impaired. They're 20 - 50, working, in good health ... Not typical victims of flu-like problems. If that continues, 'caregiver' may become an extinct sub-species.

actually
Mar 29, 2020 12:47PM PDT

covid-19 actually saved some lives yesterday (sat). If yesterday was a regular day of traffic and shopping without the stay at home order, businesses closed or limited services, a whole lot of people could have been killed or hurt when the tornado struck Jonesboro Ar yesterday afternoon around 5 pm. It stuck the main shopping district, destroyed a mall, a bunch of businesses/homes and lasted for miles. only a few were hurt and no deaths reported. It could have been bad...

I'm happy for them of course.

But I wouldn't pray for tornadoes.
